What People Are Saying

"The format on Danna's e-book is both clever and easy to understand. For people like me that know very little about business plans it offers an "easy to understand" overview of what it may involve. Her continual reference to the "creative mind" will, I believe, keep readers engaged by letting them know that they are tailoring a plan for their needs. I think it offers people great information on it's own, and it's also a brilliant introduction to her online course, Profit Studio."

I just WHIPPED through all 4 of your e-books, couldn’t stop! This email is to thank you profoundly for putting such concise, clear, valuable information “out there” for all to benefit from. You share valuable skills that you’ve won by experience, determination and hard work. I definitely caught the vibe that you have a strong inner guidance system, are extremely grateful, and are one of the wonderful humans that inspire others. Also, I really enjoyed your metaphors i.e., art=arteries: biz plan=veins. It made the reading approachable and osmosis-like comprehension occurs with metaphors (at least for me).
Finally, the inspiring personal story. It is evident you have a big heart and a larger-than-life personality! If Joe the Labradoodle is sitting next to you right now, give him a big hug from me.

"Danna has been a most creative, inspirational mentor to me, always eager to help, sharing her knowledge in an unselfish, relentless wisdom of ingenious information. Without a doubt, her book will be the essence of indispensable properties."
Marilyn Newman, Executive Assistant/Property Manager
"I'm neither an artist, nor a creative considering a business of my own but Danna's fun, step-by-step, hand-holding approach to mentoring makes me wish that I were both. Having worked, initially as a salesperson, then art gallery director, I can attest to the fact that most artists (not all) have no understanding of business principles or of how to promote and market their art. Danna takes the fear out of that "scary sounding stuff" by breaking it down into manageable steps. In fact I find myself adopting her approach to my creative hobbies: singing, playing the guitar and writing. Who knows? Maybe I'll end up as a creative in business after all."

"I have known Danna since 2005 when she moved to Salida Colorado, a small arts community in Central Colorado. She was enthusiastic member of the community, always seeking ways to add to the vitality of the arts community in a meaningful way as a teacher, artist and volunteer. She sat on the Salida chamber board and developed an “Art s in Action” component. She continued her community involvement by rejuvenating the Salida Community Center by developed ways of engaging the senior population in her art program, The Creative Edge. The Center was under used, so she was able to expand the program to include young adults and grade school youth. She was instrumental in promoting her husband Clyde Tullis’s ceramic art in the valley as well as to a broader market.
In 2009 she embarked on the challenge of developing a high quality Salida Riverside Park Fine Arts Festival attracting artists from across the country, as well as showcasing local artistic talent. I have had the pleasure of acting as juror for this event. Whatever project Danna embarks on is tackled with commitment and enthusiasm."

"Ever since I was a wee lad I was a creative one. While other kids were playing sports, I was dancing, performing in the circus, or creating art. Pretty early on I went to drawing lessons. These were taught by Danna, and through her classes I learned a great amount. Although now a days my medium is mostly performance art (live sculpting, circus, and dance) those early classes helped to make my art what it is today. Danna is a person of great energy, creativity and light."

"I found working with Danna to be very satisfying. She is very organized and has great creative ideas. I have not only worked with her directly, but have seen her coordinate events, which were successful and well-managed. I would not hesitate to work with her on any future projects."

"I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Danna Tullis when she served in the capacity of design professional. It was apparent from our first encounter that Ms. Tullis was an extremely warm, perceptive, enthusiastic, and dedicated associate. Her immediate priority and focus was that of my personal concerns as well as the overall project.
Ms. Tullis was an integral part of the design team. She provided professional insights and judgments about the job that were indicative of a very accomplished, veteran designer/planner. Ms. Tullis maintains high expectations and encourages this achievement on every level of the job. She is well-informed and is an asset to any job she undertakes."
